Whether it’s commanding commercial jets or becoming trusted second & first officers, our alumni continue to inspire future pilots by turning their ambitions into reality.

About the Airline Ready® Pilot Program
The OSM Airline Ready® Pilot Program is a comprehensive, 20–24 month, competency-based training course designed for aspiring pilots. Aligned with our commitment to Training Excellence, the program includes all required theory and flight training to prepare students for a professional airline career. Participants are mentored throughout the course in collaboration with our airline partners. Upon successful completion, cadets undergo a final review board and evaluation, leading to potential placement with airline partners, operating aircraft such as the DHC-8, Boeing 737, or 787 globally.

Sean Marx Noren - First Officer at SAS

"My journey into aviation started at a young age, spending countless hours at Stockholm Arlanda Airport where both my parents worked for SAS. My brother and I would often sit in Sky City, having meals while watching aircraft take off and land. Being surrounded by that atmosphere sparked a deep fascination with flying, something my parents noticed and fully supported. That early passion eventually led me to OSM Aviation Academy, where I began my training with very little experience. The team at OSM provided an incredibly professional and supportive environment, guiding me every step of the way and helping me grow into the pilot I am today. I now have the privilege of flying for SAS—my dream airline. Every day on the job brings something new, whether it's a short flight up to Umeå or a longer sector over the Alps to places like Rome. The variety keeps things exciting, and I continue to learn and grow with each flight. I’m looking forward to what the future holds at SAS and truly enjoy every moment flying the Airbus A320."
